I had Ground Force Site Solutions (GFSS) come out to help me with an addition onto my detached garage along with securing the existing building from shifting and erosion concerns that were developing from around the building. The owner, Ben Sones, came out and dug the foundation, prepped the site for concrete, then poured the concrete foundation, retaining walls, and pad. He ensured that the wall around the new build was properly prepped for my carpenter to later build on, the retaining walls and pad were properly tied into the existing foundation of the original building and graded my road around the addition to ensure no water erosion issues. Later, he dug and prepped my pad, retaining wall, and sidewalk in front of and next to my original detached garage. I had the concrete walls covered with rock to fit the aesthetic of my home and my masons said they had a great foundation to build upon from the concrete wall that was poured previously by GFSS. I had a very pleasant experience working with Ben Sones at GFSS and am thrilled with the results of the work done by them. I will have them out again for any future projects I do and would recommend them to anyone who needs site work done.
